Casita in La Paz

Update October/November 2006: The rainy season caused some delays, but structural work is now complete. The roof is finished and the systems nearly so; the cistern is installed, but I somehow missed photographing it. Those of you who don't appreciate trenches, exposed walls, concrete patches, and bare ends of wires and pipes might call this the "ugly phase", but I'm delighted to see it coming together so well. During my November visit, we did a thorough review, and the work looks great! I requested only a couple of minor changes. We also discussed plans for the next phase starting in early 2007.
